- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't believe in price tags! Why? it's impossible to quote a price without "seeing" the installation location! The same TV in the same location can have four or five possible mounts, looks, functionality expectations!!! Our pricing is inline with the work we do! We Quote onsite, and it's FREE of charge to you. We don't believe in surprises, and neither should you!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact via phone, email, text. Meet and greet, survey the job site, quote a final price, begin installation. Finalize all needed work, instruct client in the operation of product, receive payment.. Ask for review on Thumbtack!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Annual industry training via CEDIA. Certified by Sony, Yamaha, Panasonic, Samsung, Monitor Audio & Triad, to mention a few... Manufacturer training, Electronics Degree, Business Degree, and 21 years in this industry of Home Automation.
