I had a need for a septic inspection and pump out for mortgage qualification. This company responded quickly and got me scheduled right away. Morning of, I called to let them know I was 5 min away. They said ok, truck is on the way. Forty-five minutes later I check to see what’s going on and the officer person tells me the driver had a flat but is back on the way. Ok. A heads up would be nice. Another 30 min later and I’m like can I get a firm ETA? We had 3 people taking time out of their day to wait. So I’m annoyed he says less than hour. They wound up being 2 hours late. The team was professional and explained everything! However, for the next 8 days I had to plead with the office staff to send my report. This nearly cost me financing on my mortgage including Ernest money and prepaid costs. The invoice they made was an excel template that took about 30 seconds to throw together. The unprofessional ways are what makes score them one star.
