- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer various packages with the key goal to accommodate our customers needs. Our bartending rates start at $80 per/hour, Servers are available for catering (waitstaff) starting at $50 per/hour, and our Event rentals such as backdrops, balloon setup, bars, marquees numbers/letter, etc. range in price but guaranteed to be the best deal around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review the customer's request and respond via email with some options that will accommodate their needs. Following the email we will schedule a phone discussion to walk through those options, the pricing, and service details. The phone discussion will ensure we can answer all questions our customers may have and that they are satisfied with the path forward. We maintain open line of communication with the customer throughout the entire process to eliminate any potential road blocks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team has 10+ years in bartending at venues, restaurants, clubs, concerts, you name it we've worked it. They are each trained and certified in mixology and our server staff is also trained and certified in catering events. Our backdrops, bars, Marquee letters/numbers are all custom made by one of our talented wood workers.
