- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always try my hardest to make my prices affordable for all my customers but I will always remind them "you are paying for a quality job not a cheap one"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a proper introduction and ask for a clear explanation of the scope of work. Once that is done I will do a walk around with the customer and do an property assessment (mark any preexisting damage and note any sensitive areas).
