I've used Roger b3fore on my fusion this time he worked on my escape. Roger was thorough he trouble shooter did a tune up bought my parts but then we found out there were some serious engine issues due to Ford eco boost 4 cylinder engine were made with defect. We charge a one time fee of $120 but will give you the credit if hired.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling an inspection for a 51 point inspection. We will come 2 your location. We will then perform the repair same day and if you have somewhere to be, we will take you there up to 15 miles from your location and bring your vehicle to you when finished.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A.S.E Certified and Dealer Training.
