- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you order 10 dozen I give a free dozen. I do order discount to active duty military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep in touch from the time order until the time of pick up. I require a non refundable 30% of the Cale down at the time of the order.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been baking for many years. Training started many years ago from my grandmother.
