My name is Coach Andrew Burdick. I was born and raised in the Southshore area and was an athlete throughout college. I transferred my athletic passion into helping youth athletes become more polished physically so that they can take their game to the next level. I also have a passion for the older individual who looks to live like they did when they were younger and has the drive to follow simple protocols. We've helped people with frozen shoulder, Tommy John surgery as well as many knee and ankle problems. No injury cannot be worked around and we love the task of navigating that path
