I have over 20 years of experience in providing creative as well as traditional counseling for children, adults and couples, incorporating play, expressive arts approaches with cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapies. I am certified in Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1, and certified in rational hypnotherapy. I have been a dancer from age 3 until now, and through those experiences, I have a good knowledge of kinesthetics and how the body stores emotional pain and also how to let it go through movement. A session could include a variety of modalities, unless you specifically request one or a few particular approaches.
