- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Furniture restoration lends itself to pictures and general conversations of damage and desires. There are general, standard prices but most jobs involve some description.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to where people are with their project's goals. I listen to what they want and formulate a relationship that fosters trust. I then offer specific solutions that they can choose from.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a master craftsman trained by my European father. As a child, teenager and adult, I have learned the art of customer relations and appreciating a job well done. I grew up in a furniture workshop and after college, went back to the family furniture business.
