Introduction: Cek Homes was incorporated in 2000, and owner and president Chris Nemecek has experience in all types of residential remodel and construction for 33 years' worth. We have installed fiber cement and vinyl siding, soffit and fascia trim, replacement and new construction doors and windows.
Chris Nemecek has supervised and personally built a 4,200 SF three-story, four-bedroom, and three baths home/shop/garage and constructed most of the interior and exterior stairs in the condos at Ocean Gallery in St. Augustine as well as the footers for three of the eight-unit, three-story condo units.
Chris has drawn many sets of plans, built decks, additions and residential and commercial remodel as well as painting, drywall installation, repair and finishing.
