Ernestas came out to view the property before giving a quote. Which was a very fair price. He explained what and how it would be done. The work quality was great. He also was helpful with setting up the cameras after installation. I will definitely use again.

When I choose to utilize Ernestas I reached out for pricing regarding electrical issues, one being an outside light and a fan switch and installing a new plug to hang a TV. Ernestas was initially scheduled to arrive at 9am and changed it to 10am. Then after completing a walk through to show him the issues, the outside light came on with out him fixing anything and we both were puzzled I flipped the switch and it worked. Then we moved on to the fan in the bedroom and he noticed the wires were crossed and that took all of 5 mins. He looked at the installation of the plug and gave me a price so in addition to the service call and cost for the previous items ($140) he wanted an additional ($235). I was taken back that he charged me for the outside light that he didn’t even touch and to fix the fan that took 5 minutes. Mind you that I had the $100 service fee that was explained would go to the service if I hired him. I do want to give credit to Ernessa’s for teaching and explaining the process to complete electrical projects. But where it came to pricing and him laughing off the fees were upsetting. I was able to talk him down to $350. So I pretty much paid $350 to have a plug put in. Nice guy but I won’t be utilizing him again.

Ernestas did a great job with our garbage disposal. He responded promptly and showed up on time. Fixed it in no time but ensured it worked properly. Would certainly hire him again and would recommend to anyone.
