- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently offering discounted rates to help assist our community during COVID-19. Please contact for current promotions we are offering. We want all prices to be transparent with no surprises to you. We do this by charging a base hourly rate with no additional cost for supplies or equipment used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, we ask new customers to provide all necessary information of job to be completed. When moving and loading, we will ask to have a walk-through of what is to be moved. Once we complete the walk-through, we get to work. Items will be wrapped with furniture pads as needed. After securing a load, if also unloading, we will move items into desired rooms. We unwrap items if desired and assemble furniture.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience in moving includes nearly 10 years experience in full moving services and furniture delivery.
