- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One on One OR Group Personal Training Rates vary according to location, duration & frequency...as well as single session versus a package of sessions. Typical rates range from $25-$80/ session and 30-60 minutes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone Consultation, followed by an In-Person Consult and/or Baseline Workout establishing goals, client mindset, commitment and possible time constraints. We will also establish baseline strength, flexibility, range of motion, uncover any muscular imbalances and other areas that might need to be addressed to ensure client safety for a successful workout!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education is Key! I am certified by a nationally recognized institute that is only available to degreed individuals in the field {ACSM}. I must achieve 60 CEC hours every four years. Each hour is approximately $15 = Valuable accredited & certified material! I am an ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I have coached individuals in Personal Training & Group Fitness Instruction since 1998, and have had invaluable experience working with LifeTime Athletic Club, Equinox, Orangetheory Fitness, Dallas Country Club, Fit180 and more! As a past athlete, I have personally experienced Injury, Recovery and Injury Prevention...especially in the areas of knee surgery, shoulder surgery, tendonitis and lower back pain. Valuable time working with Physical Therapists and Sport Chiropractic Care has given me valuable insight into helping prevent and treat injuries.
