Hello! I am Nikkei Cavany a St. Augustine, FL local and lover of my community and its rich history. I started in vacation rental management back in 2005 when there wasn't such a thing as "Airbnb" I have done it all and seen it all in the industry and I just love the freedom and fun that owning STR investment properties brings us. I offer full service management so you can sit back, relax and make cash flow on your homes. I also help investors scale by helping to secure new properties to add to their portfolio as well as furnishing and stocking them. One of the great benefits of working with me is you know that I will always do whats right, even when its hard and I am fun to do business with!

I was in a bind and needed someone to check on a property of mine on short notice. Nikkei was very responsive and even on short notice got the job done! She was very responsive and knowledgeable as well. I would recommended Nikkei for any real estate needs/questions.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on your property and needs for management. I am always 100% upfront about all of the costs to get started and ongoing. I love to keep transparency is all that we do.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts me the most important thing to me is to make sure that I understand their specific needs and goals. I want to make sure its a good fit and that you are 100% satisfied. My onboarding and operations team and I all work together to get you set up for success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry since 2005 and have had multiple businesses that service vacation rentals that has taught me so much. I work with many other great professionals for work like photography and marketing to make it the best it can be!
