- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on your property and needs for management. I am always 100% upfront about all of the costs to get started and ongoing. I love to keep transparency is all that we do.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client contacts me the most important thing to me is to make sure that I understand their specific needs and goals. I want to make sure its a good fit and that you are 100% satisfied. My onboarding and operations team and I all work together to get you set up for success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry since 2005 and have had multiple businesses that service vacation rentals that has taught me so much. I work with many other great professionals for work like photography and marketing to make it the best it can be!
