Tom and I have know each other personally and professionally for over 10 years. We met through a charitable organization and found out we had not only personal connection but a professional one too. Tom and I have worked on many professional project together. I have recommended Tom to many of my customers as well. -Our most recent project was a commercial loan application app that is the front end of a commercial loan origination system. Tom did an excellent job on the front end app of the LOS. -We are currently working on a project for another banking customer that involved creating the SOW for a 3rd party verification of the new application developed for Risk Management. Tom prepared the the statement of work, the estimate, the plan and now the execution of the project. - Tom's experience and expertise had made it possible for me, as an IT professional, to bring to the table a very technically savvy IT architect, developer and leader to many of the projects I do. Personally, we have done many charitable events that have raised many thousands of dollars. We were fortunate to be able to transfer our professional skills and use them for running events to raise money for worthy causes. I is a pleasure and an honor to be associated with Tom in all the activities we do together. We were experiencing errors with a report created for us over a year ago by Tom Andreu. The report was not pulling the correct data from the table in SQL. I sent Tom an email requesting assistance and he responded within an hour, offering to stop by on his way from work that same day. He arrived on time and was able to quickly identify and correct the problem we were having. The next day he followed up with me by email to make sure everything was still running smoothly which it was. I was very pleased with both his work and with how quickly it was done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be very competitive with our pricing. The details vary by project depending on the skills required but we always strive to provide exceptional value for our customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to get a good understanding of what the customer's goals are for their project. How do they measure success? We then like to get to know more about their business processes which the solution will support: who are their users, what exactly will they be using the solution to do? What are the critical success factors. Once we learn exactly what the customer desires we start working on the solution, keeping the customer in-the-loop all the way. We elicit feedback frequently from our customers regarding the current state of the software and work very closely with them to ensure that the solution we develop exactly matches their needs and expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics and have over 30 years experience doing software development.
