I trained in London, England in 2010 and now work with clients across the US and internationally.

Helen was great to work with. She had a cancelation the same day and was able to get me in. I was very relaxed by her voice and the positive reinforcements. She even gave me some tips to use in the event I had an urge again, which by the way I haven't. Awesome and would use again. Thanks Helen!

Helen was great!! I've been going to counseling and felt like I had hit a plateau. I needed to get past some of the subconscious problems. Helen helped me so much and her and her husband made me feel so comfortable setting up the appointment. I like it so much my 8 yo asked if she could have a session for some test anxiety. Can't wait to do it again.

Absolutely ridiculously amazing , I have insane stress and anxiety and after one session feel like I just took a 7 day vacation , it was so so helpful and I can’t wait for another session. If you are in the fence or thinking about doing this just do it and use Helen. It’s an incredible experience

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial session is where I get to know you. You tell me about the issues you have been experiencing and we discuss what I can do to help you. Once you are in a calm, relaxed and confident frame of mind, the hypnosis session begins. This session normally lasts for approximately 60 - 75 minutes and costs $180.
If further sessions are required, they are normally a little shorter and cost $150 per session.
Some clients will only require one session, whereas others will need further sessions depending on their particular circumstances.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Hypnotist, registered with the National Guild of Hypnotists, the oldest and largest organization of its kind in the world. I abide by their code of ethics and I am committed to continuing professional development.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
After assisting my husband in his accountancy practice for many years, I took time out to have my two children, Theo and Rosanna. Once they had started school, I was looking for a new challenge, and decided to pursue my interest in the power of the mind. Hypnosis fitted this perfectly. I attended a local evening class as an introduction to Hypnotherapy which I found fascinating and decided to do the full diploma course in London, England, back in 2010.
In 2015, my family and I decided to move to the USA and my practice is now based in Orlando, Florida.
