The tech insisted on the payment of $100 for his inspection and quote prior to arriving at our home. I said I would pay him after he arrived at the house.
He came to the house. Said he couldn’t speak English looked at the pool and said through gestures and broken English that the leak was above the level of the water. Thanks Sherlock.
He explained that we needed to resurface the pool and would send us a quote. I noticed he took no measurements.
A week has passed and we still have no quote but my pocket is $105 lighter.
Don’t be a dum dum and pay Juan to visit your home to give you an imaginary quote.

100% excellent service, since this person takes care of my pool he looks much better, very responsible, friendly and punctual. He has also been in charge of helping me with work outside the pool and everything has been excellent. When people do a good job, the most important thing is to recognize it.
