Can’t say enough. They did such a great job. Originally scheduled for a Friday, my plans changed and they came out Saturday morning first thing. Our plumbing for the water heater and washing machine was out of code and dangerous. They fixed everything. Made everything more accessible and safe and it’s working so much better now. Would highly recommend and I will be using them for other projects for my house.

My sink disposal stopped working in the middle of me making dinner. The sink was wasn’t draining so all the water was piled up. I was a little stressed not knowing if I would be able to get someone out since it was the evening. I’ve used Thukbtack in the past and have had good experiences so I decided to reach out to some local experts. Gio sent me a message almost immediately. He came out to fix it an hour later. Gio saved me a big pain and expense so I didn't have to open up the ceiling to replace a faulty shower drain. Instead, he fixed the leak from the shower top drain. He took care of it very fast and now drains perfectly with no leak. I very much recommend him.

Gio, installed a water softener that I had purchased online for my daughter /son-in-law. He was punctual arriving at the house when he said he would both for the estimate and start of the actual work. His charge was $300 - $750 CHEAPER than 2 other estimates I received and his work was professional and he made sure that the installation was done as I had discussed with him. Bori Home Improvement responded quickly, did a good job the rectify the issue (toilet flanges/seals were degraded causing to toilet tank to fill), and returned within 24-hours when I reported the issue was not fixed during their initial visit (had to replace the entire toilet fill valve mechansim vs just the flapper). I would recommend when they call/text to set up the service date/time, that you ask how much the Service Call (truck roll charge is) prior to committing to them coming out. I expected to be charge for the time and the flapper replacement (initial fix that did not work) but the bill was $160 so apparently there is a service call charge to assess vs. what the Thumbtack App screenshot I attached states "Free Service Call". For the return visit I was charged parts/labor at $62. Again, they were good to work with etc. I would just ask the questions vs. relying on Thumbtack info and then descision it out or waiting for them to show up. Geo, the tech that showed up on site, was great to work with.
