Introduction: I just don't throw a bunch of exercises at people that are trendy and neat. I keep it simple and use a progressive approach to assisting the client to become their best! I pay attention to details and try to cultivate a lifestyle instead of just a "work-out". I really enjoy seeing people grow out of their former limitations. I get an opportunity to become the student as I see my clients flourish and teach me how to be better.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes,I do my kettlebell certification every 2-years and I'm constantly studying new discoveries in bio-chemistry and health related issues.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been into fitness my entire life and I enjoy teaching people so it was a natural progression. I also used to take care of my grandma that had the worst rheumatoid arthritis i've ever seen and I observed her life and suffering and it made me make a choice to assist people that were in pain and wanted to change.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Communicate with the trainer. Make sure they reciprocate and look out for "quick weight loss schemes",and fancy promises.
