I had an apartment unit that needed a new faucet and handle. As it turned out the faucet needed to be replaced, but the existing handle only needed a small part to repair it, so that saved me money right out of the gate. I very much appreciated the honesty, that’s so rare these days. Everything was done quickly and the quality of the replacement/repair was excellent. And I have a very happy tenant. I will definitely call Garrett Plumbing again when needed!

I hired Garrett Plumbing on 11/4/24 to perform a rough-in to a new bathroom ($15K) . Instead of tieing the pipe to the main sewer line which was in the contract, they tie it to a lateral line toward the shower of another bathroom before it goes down to the main line. As you can see, when you have pipes that only have water all these years and suddenly have poo and tiolet paper, yes it clogged. It also makes these gurrgling noises in the new bathroom sink, tiolet and shower. When I informed them, they refused to redo it and said that it passes inspection. Yes, a tiolet could pass inspection but it's a breach of contract for not doing what it say. The bathroom is NOT USABLE TODAY. Then they upselled me by charging me for jetting and doing a repair of an outside sewer line which turns out they did not perform any work (Another $3K). No video or pictures of any repair on sewer line and when confronted them, the plumber, Bobby said he didn't know where they did it and Chris who is the manager said that he will remove the "Repair Sewer line item" but will upcharge me for the Scrubbing which he said he will give me a discount. At this point, they lied to me and didn't perform any work. GARRETT PLUMBING is the WORST PLUMBING company I have ever dealt with. As of today, I'm still trying to get my money back about $20K. My bathroom can not be used at all and they took $3K from me for work not performed. Attached is a picture of tee in piping that was done in the attic that also passed inspection but was not secured and insulated. I don't know how it can pass inspection which I will go to the county and find out. Thank god another plumber point it out to me otherwise my house would be flooded.
