- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, flat-rate monthly pricing starting at $175/month for basic bookkeeping. Most small business clients fall in the $175–$275/month range depending on transaction volume and complexity. Catch-up and cleanup work is quoted separately based on how far behind the books are. No surprise invoices — you'll know exactly what you're paying before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief discovery call to understand your business, software, and where things stand with your books. From there we send a proposal with clear pricing, assign you a bookkeeper matched to your industry, and get to work. Most clients are fully onboarded within a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our bookkeeping team consists of certified, degree-holding accounting professionals with specialized training in U.S. small business accounting. We are proficient in a wide range of bookkeeping and business management platforms — and we work in your system, whatever that happens to be.
