- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a simple pricing structure and are highly competitive. We have a small modest office and run our CPA firm to keep costs low. Our prices reflect this, So many customers are amazed at how inexpensive it can be to hire a CPA.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required to do 80 hours of continuing education. I normally complete over 160 hours to stay on top of the changing tax laws.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Interview them and make sure there are no hidden fees. Many companies advertise a low price but then add unexpected fees.
