I needed some duck work done on my AC unit. I received an immediate response from Genci . He was on time, and very professional. He explained what was needed to be done & went right to work . After the job was completed he even sent me pictures. I appreciated his honesty and job performance. I had another company that was going to come out and look at the job , they gave me a 4 hour window (yuck) ! Genci said he would be at my house at 10 am , he was on time . I was happy I didn’t have to wait around . He quoted me a fair price ( another company quoted me twice as much ) ! If you need reliable, honest, professional service, don’t hesitate to contact this company . I will definitely rehire again for all my AC maintenance and repairs.

The fan in my air handler wasn’t turning on which is usually a capacitor . They came and diagnosed not only the cap but the motherboard was bad (they don’t do motherboards ). The tech advised that he could install the new cap and a switch till I got the board in (which I’ll install myself) Had a little communication problem with billing but it was taken care of quickly
