- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always fair and based on the scope of each job — I don’t believe in hidden fees or surprise costs. Every project is a little different, so I make sure to give upfront estimates and explain what’s included before any work begins. The goal is to provide great value and quality workmanship that lasts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to what the customer needs — whether it’s a small repair, a new installation, or a larger project. Once I understand the details, I provide a clear explanation of the work needed and an upfront estimate so there are no surprises. I schedule the job at a convenient time, arrive on time, and make sure everything is done safely, cleanly, and up to code. After the work is complete, I walk the customer through what was done and make sure they’re 100% satisfied before finishing up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the field since I was 18 years old! I have a Masters Electrical License, and also spent three years working overseas and became a certified electrician in England!
