Diane Palmer is awesome!!! I have never belonged to a gym or had a personal trainer. I knew I needed someone to work just with me to make sure I was doing everything correctly. I lost fourteen lbs. and she advised me on nutrition, recommending several items that I continue to take. It was a little challenging scheduling the times since I work full time Mon-Fri but she managed well in scheduling our workouts. I appreciate her good work and dedication, and like to think that I found a friend in the process. Thank you, Diana

Diana is a consummate fitness professional. Not only does she provide a fantastic workout, each and every session is different in a new and challenging way. Furthermore she is well-schooled and what is safe and what is dangerous and will never compromise safety. She is also very flexible when you need to reschedule! And she has a great sense of humor too.

I started working with Diana when I was about to turn 50. I wanted to "get in shape, loose weight." Not only did I improve my fitness, I also developed core strength and flexibility which help with everyday activities. But my biggest accomplishment: she taught me to overcome my fear of water and SWIM! Yeah, thanks Diana--you are awesome!
