- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with the customer based on the scope of work and agree to a fair price. Ive been known to help those in need to complete their projects just to put a smile on their face.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speak with them to understand the scope of thier project and the work to be completed and their budget requirements. Help them with selection of materials if needed. Educate them along the way so they understand and are comfortable with the process. And answer any questions they might have or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took many classes throughout school in home construction, cabinetry, masonry, plumbing, electrical etc. I also worked for a home builder for 12 years as well as a handyman for a commercial property owner for many years.
