Great experience working with Jesse Thomas. He was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the project. We were under a tight timeline, and Jesse was able to come out quickly, provide a quote, and coordinate plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. Excellent communication and thorough understanding of what my issue was. Discussed the plan of action of what needed to be done to fix it. Work completed quickly. I have never hired Mitigation Masters directly. Jesse was a contractor on a job repairing my home post Helene. He was the only one we really trusted and anything he touched was well done. We basically have a new home, at least 6ft down, but would hire him for any renovations or additions in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates and assessments to our clients. We also offer a 15% military discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone call to discuss the clients needs and project details. Then a site visit is conducted and a thorough assessment is conducted. A detailed estimate is then generated and presented to the customer usually within 72 hours of the site visit depending on the complexity of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Florida Mold Related Services license as well as IICRC Certifications as an Applied Structural Drying Technician and Water Restoration Technician. I have been in this industry for 15 years and have worked in 3 different states. I started as an entry level laborer and worked my way all the way up to Business owner and license holder.
