- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide a free 1hr design consultation to new customers. My fees are based on square feet and/or the scope of work specific to your project
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) 1-hr free design consultation conference call or meeting with client to discuss project scope of work 2) Provide written proposal (list of fees) & schedule of deliverables for proposed design work 3) Answer questions, discuss terms & conditions. Sign written proposal. Begin drawings 4) Provide preliminary drawings for approval to proceed with final drawings 5) Discuss/Select furniture, accessories & equipment specific to project 6) Deliver drawings for construction
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Registered Interior Architect, LEED Accredited Professional & a Project Management Professional training in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp & Photoshop softwares
