What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our reoccurring services offer a 10-15% discount depending on the frequency. We also offer add on services such as interior window cleaning for only $7 per window and air & surface purification service. Please ask and we most likely can do it!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am IICRC certified for water damage. I know how to spot potential concerns and bring reasonable solutions to keep your home safe!
