- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We sometimes offer a cash discount and always give 5% off for vets!! Also we have monthly specials that always help the customer achieve their desired projects!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The easiest way to get the project started is to contact the office and set up and get an estimate booked on the calendar. Then we will have one of the sales team come out to give a free estimate decide what the customer needs done and work within their budget making things easy peasy!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the landscaping business since i was a child. From planting plants in my diapers to digging holes during the summer in middle school, I have spent my life enjoying the challenging heat of the Florida sun making Pinellas county a better place one job at a time.
