- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After I make initial telephone contact with a prospective client, my staff will set up a mutually agreeable date and time for a consultation with the prospective client. At that point, after discussing the details of the case, the fees and costs involved, a Retainer Agreement would then be prepared for the client's signature and after the initial retainer monies are received, I will start work on the case.
