Introduction: Please note: Sessions are virtual. I do not accept insurance at this time. First, I need to hear your story. Then our approach will be interactive. With my guidance, you will systematically get your life back on track... and gain the motivation to move in the direction of your goals. Common themes in the last few years have been impulse control, generalized anxiety, chronic stress manifesting in illness, a disconnected sense of loneliness and faltering relationships. Though these patterns are humanly common, my approach is wholy unique to each person. Plan on using your mind and emotional muscles to work through some guided self-reflection and purposeful action after each session. We will meet up again to discuss your progress or possible set-backs and make a plan to move forward. MY AREAS OF FOCUS: Anxiety Stress Management Relationships and Communication Obsessive Compulsive Tendencies Pain Management: Back, Neck, Shoulders, Inflammation Autoimmune Conditions: Arthritis and Fibromyalgia Life Balance: prioritizing the compartments of your life and the ability to be present for each. HOW OFTEN SHOULD WE MEET? Generally once a week is most effective, but not required. AM I A GOOD FIT FOR YOU? If my profile speaks to you we are probably on the right track. I started with Jill as I needed help with my "Rage". She set out a program for me that included homework every week. My wife saw the improvement in me and asked Jill to help her with one of her issues. in conclusion we are now having "couples counseling" together. it is obvious from this progression that we are very happy with Jill

Jill was very quick to communicate with me on setting up a session, and about how to best prepare for it. We met in person in her studio, but I could also see how easy it would be to do remotely as her space is set up well. I really liked how she spent time to understand my unique history and experience with yoga and fitness, and also my past injuries and persistent aches/pains. She helped me understand the difference between pain/aches in my joints versus muscle, and how to pay attention to that. I have a long history of hip joint pain and injury and she showed me ways to stretch without going too far, and to learn to be patient with stretches by going slower and less deep, but still getting a very good stretch. Jill also helped me understand better my recurring knee pain, and talked to me about the importance of protecting my knee for my future. I’m 50 years old and hadn’t thought about it from that perspective so it was helpful to hear and learn how to make sure I’m not adding on any harm when exercising or weight training. And lastly, this one-on-one guided session was just so much better for me to really be able to listen to my body and learn what it’s saying it needs, and then respond appropriately through movement. I would definitely recommend a session with Jill and I look forward to more of them.

I'm an active multi-sport athlete. My right knee has been nagging me for months. I've seen massage therapists, my family doc and an orthopedic surgeon. They have all helped me to some degree, but Jill empowered me with some things I can do on my own. My easy solution for everything has always been, "make it stronger", but I learned that building space in my joints was what I really needed. We also looked at my desk-sitting/car-driving lifestyle and how that contributes to my tight legs and back. I now have a 20 minute post-workout routine that has helps me a lot. Jill's overall approach to my wellness, both mental and physical, has a great positive impact on both my athletic and personal life.

IWow, I wasn’t expecting to feel so free after my session with Jill. We worked on specific areas like my shoulders from throwing on the potters wheel and my knee from ACL surgery. Her manner of describing words into feeling made the zoom session very successful for me. Jill’s gentle nature and easy going positivity along with her high skill set make her an excellent yoga instructor. I highly recommend her.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    50 minute coaching session: $85 HOW OFTEN SHOULD WE MEET? I adapt to your particular needs and realities. Clients generally meet with me once a week, twice a week, or twice a month. My goal is to keep you on track with your intentions and goals.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I start by getting to know you. There is no one-size fits-all formula. We will review your goals and circumstances, and identify what needs the most attention right now. Then we will create a custom plan of action that requires some accountability from you.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    As an E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance registered instructor, I have been meeting my clients one-on-one since 2010.
