Hunter's Happi Pawz

Hi, I'm Hunter — a certified dog groomer offering salon-quality grooming in-home across St. Petersburg, plus appointments at Sloans' Stable where I'm grooming out of their salon. Before moving here, I owned and ran my own grooming salon in Alabama, where my reputation was built one happy dog at a time — clients came to me because of the work, not the name on the sign. What makes in-home grooming different? No cages, no kennel noise, no long car rides or full days away from you. Your dog gets one-on-one attention in the comfort of your own home — which means a calmer dog, a safer cut, and a groom that's actually finished, not rushed. I specialize in doodles and curly-coated breeds (my own boy Goose is a red Standard Labradoodle), but I groom all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Every groom includes a hands-on coat and skin check, gentle handling, and an honest eye for what your dog really needs — not a one-size-fits-all haircut. Beyond grooming, I also offer nail trims and paw care, dog walking, and drop-in visits — so whether you need a full groom, a midday walk, or just someone to check in on your pup, I've got you covered. Your dog is family. They deserve to be treated like it — and I'd love to earn your trust.
