JBJ did my taxes for me. He set me up with an online link through intuit and made it easy for me to answer all relevant information and upload all relevant documents at a time that was convenient for me. He followed up with questions when he needed to know more, but overall it was very low hassle ad I got my returns sent in by him. One little criticism, when he sent me my return paperwork, he said it was all done. However, I still needed to send the check to the state I owed taxes to. This was cleared up quickly, but if i had not been a bit inquisitive, I could have easily thought all my tax obligations were finished. It's possible he assumed I knew that he could not submit a check for me, but since I am not a tax professional or even very experienced with taxes, that assumption that I knew what to do could have cost me a lot. Overall, it was a great experience!
