- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is negotiable. Project managers will assist with your work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We allow a free sample edit between 1-3 pages for novels, and a screenshot of your future website. Half of the project cost is due upfront, and the remaining is due after completion. Payment plans are available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Editors are USF graduates, and are all inspiring authors.
