Our pricing strategy is designed to ensure that we consistently provide top-tier service at every visit. We strive to exceed expectations by delivering exceptional value. We proudly offer discounts to all active and retired military personnel, first responders, and senior citizens, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service and community support.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team at The Pool Boys USA makes getting pool service a breeze. We start the process with offering either a FREE in person estimate or a virtual estimate! Once we get all the information needed we then can offer a quote for weekly (or even Bi-weekly) service! Once the quote is accepted we send over a service agreement to sign and then Cannonball! You have pool service!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When it comes to our crew, we've got some seriously awesome credentials under our belts. Every single one of us is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO). What does that mean? Well, we've all gone through rigorous training to become pool pros, ensuring we know the ins and outs of pool maintenance, safety, and operation.
