Tech was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and possible solutions. He took pictures and was very thorough with his inspection. The salesman that accompanied was not pushy, but also very knowledgeable, and offered several options to choose from.

Another excellent job today by Aaron (8/7/23). Adjusted damper settings on my 3 zone A/C system, to better balance the air flow and distribution of cold air. No charge for this visit, since we have the Precise Comfort service plan. Also, same day service - outstanding!Great job today (4/13/23) by technician Aaron for semi-annual A/C maintenance. Very thorough job, also checked successful conversion to heat and back to cooling. DelAir service agreements are a very good value. My service plan also includes wet-vac of drain line, compressor / condenser, and air handler check.
