FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects our design services, project management, engineering, standard hardware, and installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the project is a new construction project, our project manager will meet with the client at our showroom and discuss current house plans and architectural drawings. If the project is a remodel, our project manager will meet them at the project property to measure and see space for themselves and will discuss options. From there project manager will provide drawing for the client. Drawings will not be handed over until contract is signed with the client. Once final drawings are approved and signed off, they will be handed over to our engineering department. Once engineering has signed off, your cabinets will start being produced in our manufacturing plant. Once finished and packed up, our service manager will schedule a delivery and installation date with client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner, Nick Zargari, has several years in the kitchen and bath design/cabinetry industry. Our project managers also have a vast knowledge of custom cabinetry along with a construction background, which is very useful in this industry.
