FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically only produce higher-end, commercial-level projects with a budget of at least $1000, but we've taken on projects for slightly less in the past under certain conditions. If you're looking for elite video content production that doesn't cut corners, will stand out amongst the millions of other basic videos online, and reflects absolute craftsmanship and professionalism, I'd love to chat with you. Our equipment is high-quality, professional, cinema-grade, and priced accordingly, and our operators/creatives are knowledgable, experienced, and professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by evaluating customer needs, identifying their ideal client, and illuminating various problems we can solve. Based on the biggest problem we can solve for them, we then plan how we'll tackle that problem within their budget if it's possible. If not, we'll move to the next problem until we find a problem area we can work on to best improve our customer's business and/or remedy their problems! We're here not to sell them anything but to make their business more profitable, their problems go away, and their job easier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the last 6 years, I've been studying constantly, investing in and working with various professional camera equipment setups, researching, and reading about video production with pro-level cameras. With thousands of dollars invested in education between college & online courses, and also continually developing familiarity with my own video gear, I'm able to consistently produce video projects with a technically "correct" process. Lastly, while spending time working on film and television sets in New Orleans for some 2 years, I was able to get high-level, real-world experience that drives a professional, efficient workflow used in big-name, large-scale productions!
