Leigh Clifton is pure and simple – a great photographer. My headshots look nothing like the boring, standard corporate headshots that one sees were taken with a dark backdrop in a studio. My headshots have intriguing, well-lit backgrounds that include plantation shutters, paintings, bamboo trees, etc. She spent a great deal of time in taking many photos of me in various postures and poses and the results show. Plus, she is a true delight to work with and very professional in every aspect of creating a great photography experience. I had noticed on his website that the headshots were each distinctive, there wasn't a "stylized" appearance. I feel the essence of individuals appears in the end product. This is not easy

By far, not the best. I have had many family shoots done over the years locally in Sarasota. Going into those shoots, I knew I would be paying quite a bit for my photos, but I had no idea what I was going into with this one. This shoot was supposed to be a confidence-building shoot for my daughter who at the age of 12, thinks she wants to be a model. The plan was to buy 5 photos for a comp card. I set out on Thumbtack to find a lesser expensive photographer than what I usually use in Sarasota. When the price came up $200, I jumped and set it up. This was to include 2 touched photos and the shoot...which means I would only need a couple more. The price for the additional photos were $95 each!!!!! Really? In all the other shoots we have done we have changed locations and backdrops to make for a diverse group of quality pictures. This one consisted of one white cardboard backdrop...nothing else. My suggestion is to ask questions before signing up with this photographer unless you simply want a basic headshot for work. This seems to be her specialty.
