I recently had an emergency issue with my HVAC system and contacted American Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for help. From start to finish, I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The customer service team (Amber) was outstandingfriendly, professional, informative, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain the issue, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood my options without making me feel pressured.I also work in the new construction industry, so I have quite a bit of experience with contractors, pricing, and service work. I was honestly very pleased with the estimate and found it to be very reasonable and fair, especially considering the emergency nature of the service. Its refreshing to work with a company that provides excellent customer service, communicates clearly, and stands behind the quality of their work. I truly appreciate how quickly they responded and how professional everyone was throughout the process.Thank you Again Jeff and Bob!Thank you, American Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, for making a stressful HVAC emergency so much easier to deal with! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
