Introduction: Honesty, integrity and respect. Are the foundation of my business. I will never try to upsell you, overcharge you or make repairs you don't need. I know you want everything on your pc to be just like it was before the issues. And that is what I will make every attempt to do. I always do what's in my clients best interest. I will never recommend you fix something if buying a new item would be a better financial and technological move. Sometimes it's a much better decision to upgrade and not fix what you have. If you do need a new PC or related item there is NO CHARGE to help you find the right replacement for your needs and either order it online or go with you to pick it up at the local store. I have a true passion for my work, I feel like I've never worked a day in my life when I'm working on computers. And I always do my best to explain everything to my clients in language they can understand. I don't need to try to impress my clients by throwing around technical terms when simple english will suffice. Always learning new things, staying up to date with the latest technologies and meeting new and interesting people.

Keith Saunders of GigaDoc has managed my business's computers since we opened 3 1/2 years ago. Over that time Mr. Saunders has helped us with a variety of issues including the set-up of our data back-up system as well as our network. He's been very responsive when we've experienced hardware failures or fell victim to malware, getting us up and running again quickly. He's a credit to his profession.

Keith has provided technical support and hardware repair for both my home-based legal practice and personal-use family computers on a number of occasions. On each occasion, his service was timely and the results that he achieved were excellent. Most recently, he serviced a notebook computer remotely and cost-effectively using standard parcel shipments and more importantly, the diligence to locate a hard to find part at a good price. Good job GigaDoc...I hope to not need your services too frequently, but when I have hardware problems...count on a call from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!
