Introduction: We are budget conscious and make every effort to provide cost efficient solutions to our clients. We have a unique approach to repairs and tutoring that allows us to be very effective and good at catching and preventing issues others may miss. I love interacting with people and teaching them new things. I also love being the hero and saving a computer from the brink of failure. It makes me feel like a doctor. Another thing I love about my job is being able to relieve frustration by fixing issues and providing creative solutions to common problems.

Luther has been great working on two computers in our home. With mine he had to be particularly patient - and was. He explains what he's doing, has been great suggesting different courses of action and is both professional and courteous, Since his initial visit we've continued to call on him when we hit a hardware or software snag.

I contacted FIREFLY when my PC suddenly stopped working. I have used GEEK SQUAD in the past but they always take too long to send someone or you have to bring your PC to them plus their prices are quite high. Luther from FIREFLY responded the same day I contacted them & was able to fix my PC from over the internet! I have since used Firefly twice more for my other PC's and always a quick response with a fair price. I would highly recommend this company for their knowledge, honesty and professionalism.

Luke has helped the radio station get salvaged computers up and running, loaded Linux operating systems, cleaned up hard drives, updated software, and improved the performance of our computers. He has spent several hours working on machines for us. Luke was friendly and knowledgeable, making suggestions for improvement and working with us to make sure we were satisfied with any changes made.

I called Luther after having another technician come out who was unable to diagnose the problem with my computer. Luther diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix my computer right away. I was so pleased that I had him set up another computer for me. His rates are reasonable and he is very professional. I would definitely use Luther again and will refer him to friends in need of computer repair!

Our most common job is one of my specialties, virus removal. I've got a vast amount of experience removing viruses and malware and securing systems in order to help prevent future infections. Our other most common job is assisting clients in purchasing new computers and setting them up for them. Look for someone with verifiable experience, don't be fooled by low prices. Is their company sustainable? Will they be able to provide the ongoing support that you need?
