My husband and I hired Build SRQ to install new tile floors and repaint the main living area of our home, create a TV feature wall and to remodel our kitchen. The kitchen was a huge undertaking that required bricking in a window and removing several walls. Build SRQ was not the least expensive bid we got for the job, but they made us feel confident that they had the knowledge and manpower to do the work correctly. We vacated our home for five weeks while they renovated. From the moment they started the job, Simon, one of the managing partners, was in constant contact with us. Every time I sent a text message, he responded within minutes with the information I was seeking or photos. When the work was winding down, Simon addressed any fine tuning we had about the cabinets, etc. -- even after we made the final payment. The work they did was beautiful, and I am 100 percent satisfied. They have totally transformed my 20-plus year old home.

After nearly giving up on my renovation plans following a series of truly exorbitant cost estimates, my neighbor told me to call Simon at Build SRQ. They responded immediately and gave me a quote that was fair and a timeline I could work with. I am leery of contractors and expected the price to go up and the start date to get pushed out once I signed the contract, but the price never changed and they actually started and finished the project well ahead of schedule. I felt comfortable leaving them alone in the house while I was at work (they even let my dog out to go to the bathroom for me). His team worked hard and didn't pack up their gear until I was fully pleased with the finished product. I have already recommended them to family and friends, and would definitely use them again myself.

Simon and his crew installed our custom closets in our condo and did an amazing job. From the initial consultation to installation, everything was top notch. His men spent the entire day until the job was finished. They were knowledgeable of the product and respectful of our home. We couldnt be happier. The only regret we have is not having Simon and his crew in charge of the full renovation of our home here. Highly recommend this independent business for any renovation or improvement needs you may have!
