There are no hidden fees, and all pricing is communicated clearly before any work begins so customers always know what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we review the project details and ask a few quick questions to understand exactly what’s needed. If helpful, we may request photos to give a more accurate estimate. Once the scope is clear, we provide straightforward pricing and schedule a time that works for the customer. On-site, we confirm everything before starting, complete the work efficiently, and clean up thoroughly before leaving. The goal is always a simple, stress-free experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of combined hands-on electrical experience in residential and light commercial work. Our work is performed under a licensed electrical contractor and follows all applicable electrical codes and safety standards. Most of our knowledge comes from real-world field experience, including troubleshooting, lighting design, panel work, and residential upgrades.
