I'm and adult that restarted playing the flute after a 45-year break. I've been studying with Dr. Real for almost three years and am so grateful he took me on as his student. In addition to holding impeccable credentials, he is a very gifted teacher. He has this uncanny ability to get into my mind and diagnose exactly what I need to do to improve my tone, rhythm, hand position, intonation, dynamics, etc. My skills as a flutist have improved exponentially under his guidance. Dr. Nicolas Real is the kindest, most caring musician that I have ever met. My daughter has been taking lessons from him for 2 years, and in every single lesson she always leaves inspired and happy!
