Hired on Thumbtack
So happy to find this business and it’s owner, Kevin, on Thumbtack. This is a 50 year old duplex and he did new backsplash in both sides. The work is perfect, his price was fair and I am thrilled with the result. I highly recommend him.
Details: Kitchen • Backsplash • 51 - 100 sq ft • Drywall • No, I need the professional to buy the tiles for me

Kevin did a beautiful job on renovating a master bath with a marble floor, shower, walls and free standing tub. In the main floor bath he replaced a bath tub with a beautiful tile shower. In an upstairs bath he placed a new tub and did a beautiful job on new tile in the alcove with recessed soap dish. He completed a kitchen remodel by filling in floor tile and doing the backsplash. Then he finished by replacing baseboards throughout the house. Kevin does quality work, is a good problem solver and communicates well. He completed each project in the timeframe he estimated. I'm loving our updated home!

Kevin did an awesome job fixing our shower pan. The company we originally hired to remodel our bathroom did a poor job. Kevin was able to pour a custom pan for our shower, tile the pan, and the surrounding walls. After a nightmare of a bathroomremodel, it was nice to know there are still people who are honest and knowledgeable about the work that they do.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive, yet can be higher than some contractors driven by the level of effort I put into every project to assure quality and perfection. I make sure my results are sound proof, with no flaws in design, grout lines, quality of corners, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first do a thorough evaluation of the project and customer needs and provide them a free estimate for the work that needs to be done. I am very transparent and honest with my customer up front with implications that may come along the way. If I win the job, I assure the project is completed within agreed upon timelines, unless serious implications delay the timing to completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience working on projects on various levels of complexity. I have passed tile installation certification training and exam.
