- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $95.00 consultation fee. This fee is credited toward our future business which is usually based on a percentage of the client's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Denice and I meet with our potential client and discuss their desires, likes and dislikes. We collect as much information as possible so we can come up with a design plan to fulfill our clients dreams. It's so exciting to see the process of a dream becoming a reality and having our clients pleased beyond what they envisioned. We charge a consultation fee which is credited to future business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always doing on line webinars and trade shows to keep up with trends and new products.
