With two decades now pursuing tools, certifications, and training all over the world in the spaces of personal development, faith, relationship growth and inner healing I now leverage my experience as a life coach with a specialization in Integrative Attachment to help men and women heal the root causes of anxious, avoidant, and disorganized attachment patterns from childhood so they can finally experience the secure, lasting connections we were made for. I've truly found that this is the foundation from which everything else in life flourishes. My approach blends neuroscience, emotional regulation, and compassionate coaching to help you rewire patterns and feel confident in love and life.
