What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Only 5% of all people who workout in a gym accomplish their goals. Of those 5% most all have hired a personal trainer. When your car breaks down you go to a mechanic because you don't know how to fix it. 96% percent of people have no clue how to workout so hire a trainer. (PERIOD!!!!!)
